How much does the diagnosis cost and what do I get?
The diagnosis has a fixed price that you know before work starts. You get an audit, an analysis of processes and data, and a roadmap with priorities and costs. If you decide to implement with us, the price of the diagnosis is credited toward the project.
What if I don’t go ahead with implementation after the diagnosis?
You know what to do and what it costs before you order anything. You can carry out the plan with us, with another provider or on your own.
Who owns the documentation and access?
You do. Documentation and access are yours, always. You don’t depend on us, or on anyone else.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the scope. You get the schedule and quote after the diagnosis, before you order anything.
Do we need our own IT department?
No. We work with companies that have no IT department or one person who “does the computers”. We speak plain language and take the technical side on ourselves.
What about data security?
HR and payroll data require particular care, and we have worked on such systems for years. How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
